CWIS system requires your machine to have the Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 OR the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine installed to run. If you have the Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 installed, then this will be the technology used and the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine is not needed.
Please ensure you have the following settings applied to your Internet Explorer browser:
  • Go to Tools, Internet Options, Security, Trusted Sites, Sites. Add... http://dev.integral.co.nz
  • NOTE: Please ensure you have Administrator rights on your machine when installing the files below.
Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1:
  • You can check to see if you already have the .NET Framework 1.1 installed by clicking Start on your Windows desktop, selecting Control Panel, and then double-clicking the Add or Remove Programs icon. When that window appears, scroll through the list of applications. If you see Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 listed, the version is already installed and you do not need to install it again.
  • Please download and install DotNetMsi to install the required Browser Client Technology.
  • NOTE: When using the .NET Framework 1.1 technology, some machines may need MsHtmlSetup installed. If you are still having trouble logging in, then please install this and try again.

Microsoft Java Virtual Machine:
  • To test your computer has the Microsoft JVM installed, see here: Java Tester.
  • If the Microsoft JVM is NOT installed, follow instructions from the Java Tester page or see here: Microsoft JVM Downloads.
  • Please make sure your browser settings accept Java Applets. In Internet Explorer go to Tools, Internet Options, Security, Custom Level. Ensure "Scripting of Java applets" is set to Enable.
  • Please download and install JavaMsi to install the required Browser Client Technology.
  • The Sun Java 2 SDK version must NOT be installed on your computer. You can check to see if you have the Sun Java 2 SDK installed by clicking Start on your Windows desktop, selecting Control Panel, and then double-clicking the Add or Remove Programs icon. When that window appears, scroll through the list of applications. If you see Java 2 SDK listed, then uninstall it.
